It is always a great start to the week to see our Mustang friends!
Today we read one of Aleasha's favourite stories "Room on the Broom". The message in the story is about sharing and working together - something we should always remember.
For a lot of us our favourite part was when the animals joined together to scare away the dragon and save their friend the witch. What is your favourite part?

If you have Netflix, there is a mini movie on there that is a nice way to watch the story.
After you have re read the story could you draw what happens at the beginning, middle, and end of the story? You could draw some pictures or create pictures using things (or your animals) at home.
Then using your pictures you can retell the story to someone in your bubble or take a video of yourself retelling the story and post it on the blog.
We can't wait to see what you create!

ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed catching up with all the Mustang friends today and hearing about the fun things you have all been doing over the weekend. Wasn't "Room on the Broom' such a fun story? I love that it is about sharing and looking after our friends, which is just what all our friends in Toroa do :)
