Learning about Numbers

 At Maths hotspot time we have been learning about what groups of numbers look like. How many is 5? How many is 10? What does the group of objects look like? 


We have had fun with number fans, multi-link cubes and materials for counting. We work with a buddy so we can ask questions and share our learning with each other - it's great fun!

    We are Room 1 at Matawai School.
    We have got number fans and multi-line nk cubes too.
    We did Statistics last week. We investigated the colors of jelly beans in packets. Then we by it to eat them.

    Thank you for your comment. We like learning about numbers. Those jellybeans must have been yummy! What colours were the jellybeans? Which colour jellybean was there the most of?
